Rebecca

After ten years together, Rebecca and Trenton celebrated with their closest family and friends at Athiana Acres in Steveston. Their day started with a first look and private vows by the water before moving into an outdoor ceremony surrounded by the farm’s greenery and flowers. From portraits with their dog Daisy to dinner outside, sunset photos in the flower fields, heartfelt speeches, and a full dance floor, the entire day felt relaxed, sentimental, and full of personality.

What it Meant to Us

Athiana Acres is such a special place for a wedding. It feels a little unexpected for Richmond, with open fields, colourful flowers, and so much space around you. Rebecca and Trenton also have deep ties to Steveston, so having their wedding somewhere that already felt close to home made the day feel even more personal.

One of our favourite parts was their first look earlier in the day by the water. It was quiet, sunny, and gave them a little bit of time together before everything really started. They’re both naturally a mix of romantic and goofy, so there were just as many laughs as there were emotional moments throughout the day.

Later that evening, we took them back out into the flower fields as the light started to soften. After a full afternoon surrounded by family and friends, it felt like one of those little pauses where they could just be together for a few minutes. Those quieter moments mixed in with the energy of dinner, speeches, and dancing are what made their day feel so memorable.
